All the cds are structured so that you can choose a short playlist (if you're using a player with playlist capability), for when time is restricted, or the full playlist for when you want to dedicate more time to yourself. Standard Recording: All 'Your Choice' cds contain an introduction track, two hypnotherapy tracks designed to deal with the specific subject of the recording, and a wake up section (except for the 'Your Choice to sleep' cd). The standard recording also forms the basis for the customised and personalised cds. These can be ordered from the 'Your Choice' Standard Collection and cost just £10 each plus p&p.
Customised by Name: You tell us the name that you would like to be included on the recording, and additional segments of script using that name will be woven into the standard recording, enhancing the listening experience both on a conscious and sub-conscious level. The cd will also have the name laser-etched onto the front of the disc. These can be ordered from the 'Your Choice' Customised Collection and cost just £18 each plus p&p.
Personalised by Name & Specific Issue: In addition to the customisation by name, the recording will also include something that is unique to you, something specific that you would like to include as part of the recording. This may be, for instance, a positive event that you have experienced, or, for example, you want a craving for chocolate to be addressed when listening to 'Your Choice to lose weight'. In this way the recording would be completely personal and unique to you, enhancing the experience even further.
